The staff could not have been friendlier, from my initial welcome through to my farewell. The room and its balcony are clean, unadorned and bright. Situated a five-minute walk from the harbour front and only one block off a beautiful sandy beach with crystal-clear waters, it’s a perfect place to stay if you don’t want fancy rooms and sea views. I will go back there.

This is a very nice, clean and comfortable little hotel at a good location in Lassi. Good value for money. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Just reading the nonsense reviews from cramped up people. Studio is a studio, so one room, with a little kitchenette, which you don't need expect for a morning coffee. You have that coffee with view to kill. All above restaurant studios have exactly the same beach access - through the restaurant. You can bypass it but have to walk around it. No TV and that's a positive thing, why the f would you need TV. Have a coffee with a view, walk down to perfect, never crowded beach, relax and if you turn you head 180, you see restaurants and coffee shops to chose where youll have your coffee, beer, snack.. No traffic, no noise, affordable prices. Anna the host, very friendly and helpful. I had issue with mattress and it was sorted with a phone call. I dare anyone to find better location, at that price level (or way higher) anywhere on the island.

Friendly and helpful staff (Manuela) available from booking Corfu Round Tours taxi (who also does island touring) at start of my holiday to arranging George to again collect me to return to airport, accommodation and recommendations are trustworthy, good people. LOC also has a dedicated cleaner who is on premises daily, keeping the place spotless, there is a communal use garden patio area to sit and eat peacefully, dry clothes, or just sit and rest. Other guests are quiet and considerate, only 3 pod type rooms. Good residential street with the best cafe around the corner, Locale (Inessa) who recommended a handy takeaway of great tasty Greek food, also nearby...LOC is very close to these now 2 favourite places. Love the friendliness shown to visitors by all people in this location. An excellent place to stay. Easy walk to shopping district

The host was very approachable and speaks English. It was easy to communicate. The apartment was spacious, new, modern and cleaned every day. There is a really nice terrace in front of it. It was really equipped with kithchenware and toiletries.
