Located in Royston, Magnolia House features accommodation with free private parking. Breakfast is available daily, and includes continental and Full English/Irish options. Breakfast was freshly prepared by the owner. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It was very nice and we hope to come back in the future.

Before our arrival we were able to make arrangements to get into the house with ease and then we were welcomed and helped whenever we needed it. The accommodation was very clean, cleaned every day. It was also very practical and spacious. We also really appreciated the hearty meals at breakfast. Finally, we slept like babies, the accommodation was quiet and the bed very, very comfortable. The metro is an 8-minute walk away, and the other train station/ bus to the HP studios is 20 minutes walk away.

The entire accommodation and communication / welcome were exceptional. The room was ultra clean with a very comfortable bed and attention paid to every detail. Quiet location with good access to main roads and local shops. I cannot find anything to improve upon.

This small, AA 4-star gold-rated boutique hotel with a motoring theme has a large American-style kitchen, unique bedrooms and Morgan sports cars to hire on site. Everything was perfect. Melvyn and sindy are very welcoming and kind. The b&b and the surroundings are very beautiful and perfectly crafted. We had a pleasent stay. Thank you.
