Seaview Sanctuary is located on the seafront in Eastbourne, 200 metres from Eastbourne Beach and less than 1 km from Eastbourne Pier. The place exceeded our expectations! Hosts are very nice people who've made the whole place feel like home away from home. Every day there were freshly baked cookies/cakes downstairs which tasted so good! (for free!!). The view from our room was breath taking and even more amazing on our last 2 nights as the host was so kind to upgrade us to a room upstairs :)) Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is ~15-20 min walk from the town centre and close by are shops/restaurants. Beautiful promenade/walking path next to the sea. We truly enjoyed our stay in Eastbourne and suggest everyone to stay at Seaview Sanctuary!

Set in Hastings and only 1.1 km from Hastings Beach, Summerfields House offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. It is situated 1.4 km from St. Nice and peaceful. Around 15 minutes walk to the beach and the seaside, perfect for us. Bed nicely sized, not lots of stretching out space but it's a bed room, bed, lamp, TV if in the mood to watch, all you need. Plus a bottle of water in fridge each day was great Breakfast was really nice as well, always lots of choice

Offering city views, The fig is an accommodation situated in Rye, 44 km from Leeds Castle and 45 km from Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park. The hotel is a lovely small place with only a few rooms. The rooms are each unique and beautifully decorated with a really comfortable bed. breakfast is included at the tea downstairs and it is amazing. lots of unique options for food and coffees and juice included. The staff is all super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again and will highly recommend it to friends.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated The House with Two Front Doors features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. THE PLACE WAS OUTSTANDING AND A DELIGHT TO ENJOY THE AMBIANCE AND THE HISTORY. IT WAS A DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE COMBINED WITH EN EXCELLENT AND HELPFUL HOSTESS. WE ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE.

Set in Hastings, 15 Grosvenor offers beachfront accommodation 1.1 km from St. Leonards On Sea Beach and offers various facilities, such as a garden, a bar and a shared lounge. The service was excellent and Allison (The manager in charge) was beyond helpful and nice. The included breakfast was good and plentiful to the point that the third day we had to ask for less food.

Situated in Hastings, 700 metres from Hastings Beach and 1 km from White Rock Theatre, Anne’s House features accommodation with free WiFi and a garden with a sun terrace and sea views. An absolute gem. Beautiful house with beautiful art - a comfortable living room to read a book in, a gorgeous dining room to enjoy breakfast in, and a beautiful bedroom with exceptionally comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing and the owners took care to accommodate my gluten free needs. The couple that owns the house is a delight to interact with and our overall experience allowed us to get a glimpse into English life while exploring nearby countryside and towns. We had originally booked for 1 night but ended up staying 2 (would have stayed longer if there was availability). The house is also in a great location for both city exploration and nearby towns, castles and gardens.
