Great location for visiting Hampton Court Palace and the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very comfortable with tea, coffee and water, a fridge, hairdryer and a fan for warmer weather. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice all freshly cooked. We would certainly recommend The Kings Arms.

Black Lion was perfect for a quick solo travel trip! The bed was comfy with plenty of pillows & warm, clean, white linens. Bathroom was clean and shower was very new and enjoyable! The pub staff was very helpful and friendly with check in and any questions I had. Central location around lots of good restaurants in Surbiton and complimentary coffee, tea, and cocoa were a plus!
