The meet & greet the professional approach to good customer service. Paul ferried us to a local Pub/Restaurant that was excellent value for money(Leslie had pre-booked us) It was a Godsend. We had to departure early than expected due to forecasted storm warning 17th February, Paul gave us the correct information to get to East Midlands airport.
