I really appreciated the staff that helped me on check-in. Jasmin and Michael notably. They did their utmost best to accommodate me on my early check-in as well as granting my room request to a different floor and also quieter. There were a couple of hen nights happening that weekend and I asked if they could put me on a quieter floor which they did. I really appreciated the consideration. The room was a perfect size for a me (solo traveller). Comfie bed, ample amount of space to move around and also very quiet. The reception area which is on the 9th floor looked nice and chill. There's a bar and restaurant there. I didn't have the opportunity to check it out myself but when I popped in quickly, it looked really cool and chill. Great location as well! About an 8 minute walk to the Arndale area. It's located right next to China Town area in case you love Asian cuisine. :)

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and had everything you could need for a break. The furnishings were beautiful and high quality such as the towels, pillows and duvets. We really appreciated the added extras like the fruit, coffee pods and milk. Our children loved their bunk beds and the tv in their room. The addition of a fan was also really appreciated. We can’t wait to book again to stay. Beautiful apartment and amazing value.

The location was very beautiful, quiet and clean, and the hotel facilities are clean, especially thanks to Savio, his treatment is very sophisticated and the best manager we encountered in hotel reservations. The amenities are complete and well thought. Good for long stay since they have washing machine in each unit and there’s laundry room in the basement. The check in and check out process are smooth. Surrounded by so many options of food and it’s near tube station, only less than a minute walking. There are plenty of space to sit in the back of lobby.
