It has plenty of both electricity sockets and USB sockets for charging devices. Bed was super comfortable, it was hard to leave it. The bathroom was modern and clean, great shower, with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. Central location by the Gaslamp Quarter. Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. I was not expecting a free welcome drink and cookies upon check-in, that small gesture really heightened the experience. I absolutely love the pineapple theme and the pet friendliness.

The rooms were spacious (we had a 2 queen beds room), the bathroom was clean and the ammenities nice. The hotel lobby is very beautiful too. The hotel is very well located so we were able to walk around town. The hotel offers complimentary parking outside its premises. The staff recommended us a nice place to have breakfast and it was great (The Belgian Cafe).

The room was very comfortable and clean, and having a work desk and mini kitchen was also helpful. The staff was really friendly and location is great, close to the California Lodge and restaurants. We would definitely return in our next visit to Tahoe.

At night the resort is lite beautifully with festoon lights and low lights in the restaurant. The breakfast is outstanding with fresh fruits and delicious yoghurt . I wish there was an expresso machine … but that’s just me being a Aussie !the lobby area is a visual delight .. artworks everywhere as do the rooms.It’s a really central location and a great place to stay, I would recommend it and would stay again if I’m in Palm Springs . The attention to detail is evident everywhere and the small things have been considered.Aaron is a standout staff member and a real asset to HH.
