The hotel was beautiful, pool was lovely, we had a room with a view of the lake and it was stunning! The restaurant was amazing, good food and a beautiful view. We had dinner and breakfast there and it was just so relaxing. The ladies are all family and they are just absolute sweethearts! We couldn't get a taxi one day so one of the ladies was kind enough to drive us into town...couldn't thank her enough, and offered without hesitation. She told us the history of the hotel on the way down into town too which was really interesting. Honestly was such a magical stay and I will do anything to go back to Como, if I do, I will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel includes an early 20th-century property and a lake-view villa built in 2009. They were so friendly and helpful in making us reservations. We also rented a boat through the hotel which was amazing and the best experince in lake como!

My family and I took the ferry to Bellagio, and as soon as we disembarked, the hotel was right in front our eyes! What else could we do but jump for joy as we did not have to carry our luggage up a hill as we were doing for almost 2 weeks! Entry was super fast and easy. There was also a lift in the building! We were escorted to our rooms, which were amazing! The size of the room, the king size bed which were so comfortable I did not want to leave the next morning, the bathroom was also big and spacious with a separate shower and a tub, the room decor, the amenities, we just loved everything! We even went to the spa to relax for a bit before heading for dinner. The next day, we unfortunately had to check out, so we had breakfast with a view overlooking the lake. Breakfast was self-serve, and there were various items to choose from (Cereal, fruits, yogurt, croissants; plain, chocolate etc, scrambled eggs, salad, different types of cheese, cold cuts and more). This was one of the best stays my family and I had in Italy! Will definitely return!

Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni - A Legendary Hotel was transformed into a luxury 5-star hotel in 1873. The property boasts impressive staircases and frescoed ceilings. The grand hall, the Salone Reale, features splendid chandeliers in Murano glass. Everything was amazing; From always smiling and professional staff to the most gorgeous hotel. it exceeded our expectations by far!! Would recommend to anyone. it’s family friendly too. it’s worth every penny and will be definitely coming back!
