Located 8 miles from the historic cities of Bath and Bristol, The Carpenters Arms is in the tranquil and scenic hamlet of Stanton Wick, near the village of Pensford, in the heart of the Chew Valley... beautifully located and decorated. The art work was fascinating. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The food was fabulous and the choices excellent.

The history, the staff, the location, the room, the gin, the bed, the bathroom, the pillows, the breakfast, the grounds, the church bells. This was our last night's accommodation in the UK after a month of travel. So lucky to spend our last night at Thornbury. A perfect 10!!!!!

El The Three Tuns data del siglo XVII y ofrece vistas al castillo de Chepstow. the courtyard was so inviting and it was definitely a meeting place in the community.
