This was the 3rd time we stayed at Les Carmes, and it feels like coming home. It exceeded all of our expectations, as always! The lovely old building and its beautiful setting, the wonderful breakfast, the gardens, the swimming pool... but above and beyond all of this are the warm and welcoming people who are at the heart of Les Carmes. They make you feel right at home. We were sorry to have missed Pascal this year, but Minna's and Marion's presence certainly made up for it. The apero à 19h was a success thanks to them. She was so attentive, helped us with understanding the city - do and don'ts right upon arrival. She gave us recommendations of good local restaurants and shared many other tips. She prepared breakfast and was truly super nice just as a person, which impacts everything during such short-term stays. My husband and I felt very welcome and definitely recommend staying at "Bordeaux Cosy B&B." It's a very clean space, and you will have your own privacy.
