Location was great. Breakfast was home-made and delicious. The room had great character and was very clean. They also provide parking 30 meters from the place (with 18 Euros per day), which was very helpful, since the streets in Lucca's centre are a bit narrow and you don't want to look for a nice parking spot by yourself. Staff was also very kind.

The room was large and comfortable, with a warm and cosy interior. Very good list through 4 large windows. Nice size bathroom with comfy shower. A lot of closet space and a well equipped kitchen. The whole facility was well kept, elegant with friendly and welcoming staff. Private and secure parking with sufficient space. The walls of Lucca are a 5' walk and around the corner loads of shops, with an Esselunga at walking distance. I forgot a coat and the staff went out of their way to make sure I could pick it up on my own after check-out.

The property is easy to access from the station if you’re travelling by train as we were. Great communications and comprehensive directions were sent ahead of our stay which were appreciated. Staff were very accommodating and nothing seemed too much trouble. Very smiley and spoke excellent English. Offered suggestions re restaurants and kindly looked up train times for us as the bus to Pisa airport wasn’t operating.
