Linda and Jonathon were sublime hosts, as was Penny, their dog. Andrew and I could not fault their hospitality or home in anyway. Vast knowledge about the their surroundings, York and beyond. I cannot recommend Grove House or their hosts more. From the bed, to the shower to the beautiful breakfast. Our stay was just wonderful.

Cozy and very clean room with everything you need. Really close to the city center, great restaurants around the corner. Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and the most important amazing hosts, absolutely recommend!
