The owners were really friendly and gave us a lot of tips on where to go and what to do. The breakfast was incredible – always freshly cooked, and they even pack you a little lunch bag (with croissants or other danish pastries). And the room was big and very clean, just the perfect place for a holiday.

Such a warm and welcome from Helen and Dave who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Brilliant breakfasts with a sea view, loads of helpful information about the surrounding area. The room was beautiful and everything was spotlessly clean. Very close to great places to eat and not even a stone's throw from the beach. We just loved it! Very friendly and nice staff. We had some problem in the online booking system but the staff very kindly and patiently guided us through it. The place was clean and quiet. The included breakfast was good to start the day. It was also close to the beach and near one of the bus stops, so we had no problem getting where we wanted to go from the hotel by bus. I would highly recommend this place to other travelers.

The location was amazing, stunning views, great breakfast. Lots of great things about this place but I think number 1 has to be the staff, they were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble.

Amazing location, cozy accomodation, welcoming and smiling hosts, great value for money, super clean interiors, sumptuous breakfast, at a walking distance from all amenities and next to the fantastic Shanklin cliff - what else can you ask for ! The ambience at the bar and restaurants were great. Would love to visit again .
