Very comfy bed and pillows. Wonderful staff! Delicious food at the restaurant!! Shuttle bus a great idea, especially with so many older people travelling . A good idea would be to have on hand bus number which comes past the hotel from town.

The Hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful and nice, the garden was gorgeous, and it is great that the spa facilities can be used until 10pm and that kids are not allowed after 6.30pm. Hotel guests can use for free the indoor swimming pool, outdoor jaccuzzi and the sauna and steam room ! It cas all Perfect and room service was fast

Room was fantastic, clean and comfortable, great bathroom and loved having a sofa to watch TV. Staff were very professional, kind, friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast was great and dinner meals in the pub were excellent.. I was allowed to leave my luggage until my night ferry departed and even got to have a shower before I left. The hospitality was first class and I highly recommend the Grange Lodge Hotel
