The hotel stands in its own grounds and has a good size pool and area for lounging on a warm sunny day. The room was spacious, well appointed, quiet and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, with nothing too much trouble, they project a happy, efficient team whilst retaining a high degree of professionalism.

Victoria's offers a relaxed and informal dining experience. Tassili is a 4 AA Rosette fine dining restaurant which offers a unique experience using seasonal produce. The Terrace offers al fresco dining during the summer months and boasts excellent ocean views. Grand Jersey's glamorous Champagne Lounge is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon tea or evening drinks.

There are three central dining areas, whilst all offer La Terrasse menus, each section has a very different feel: The Palm room is defined by its towering palm trees. The Bistro-style area is where the extensive Bar is located. Lastly, there is both a covered and open terrace to relax and enjoy the wonderful sunsets.
