The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout my stay, especially Alicia who was always a joy to see around and chat with. I did not opt in for their breakfast but had a few meals at their restaurant and enjoyed the food. The room were much more spacious than I expected and service was provided every day so the bathroom and the room were always kept clean and tidy. The hotel was also well located as it is within walking distance to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.

kitchen and laundry facilities were easy to use. parking spots were readily available for the days we rented a car. The bus stop was nearby and the tube station was only 4 stops away. but the best aspect was the staff. all friendly and helpful.
