The room was big as well as the bathroom. My room had a small balcony. The hotel was close to the underground station, and the bus stops were in front of the hotel and opposite the hotel. I really appreciated the fact that there was a bottle of water every day in the room.

Rooms were comfortable and quiet, with good facilities, and spotlessly clean. Staff are very pleasant and friendly. food and bar are lovely, great for a romantic getaway. The main purpose of our visit was to see Kew Gardens, which this was a perfect location for.
