As we entered the foyer of the hotel..We were met by a lovely hot glowing fiřë! A lovely touch. Then the welcoming smiling faces of Alex and his Mum... the owners of the hotel ... Alex showed us to our room where I was pleasantly surprised by the size of it! Bed was lovely and comfy ... We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious!! I'd highly recommend the salmon on a bed of beans. And the sticky toffee pudding! We had a lovely 2 night stay in this friendly relaxed beautiful castle in the countryside x ⁹

The property was spacious and clean and had great facilities. We were travelling for a specialist appointment and it was so lovely that our teenage daughter had a room to herself where she could relax and feel comfortable before her appointment the following day. It was also safety proofed for our toddler because the kitchenette could be folded away with the cupboards. We have more appointments to attend and we will definitely be booking this again.
