It was a lovely hotel, one of the best I've ever stayed in. The room, the facilities, the sauna and spa, how beautiful it looked. Definitely would come back to Liverpool just for the hotel. The use of space and lighting and the high ceilings, nice decor. We loved the bar and the restaurant and would even come back to the hotel to relax at the bar rather than go out. LOVED IT!!

Location was perfect for a city break, the bed was very comfy and the shower was lovely. The receptionist even helped us out opening our bottle of wine as we'd accidentally brought a Cork top... Thank you!

We stayed at the hotel last night for my fiancé’s 30th birthday, I sent the hotel a message after booking to tell them of the occasion and upon arriving at the hotel they had upgraded our room free of charge from a luxury room previously booked to a deluxe balcony room on the top floor of the hotel! They also left a Beatles birthday card in our room for my boyfriend, it was a lovely thing to do! 100% recommend the hotel and can’t wait to stay again :)
