Known this pub since 1975 before it was a hotel. Conversion is very well done, Room and en-suite perfect for lone traveller, plenty of shelf space in en-suite, lovely shower. Given ground floor room as requested. Staff very lovely and efficient. Answered all my questions about breakfast, was able to check in early. Thoroughly impressed overall. Would definitely return. Also location is excellent on other side of Kingston Bridge from town centre so accessible by routes that dont require having to negotiate the one way system.

Lovely hotel & surroundings. staff on arrival were very attentive, little perks made a lot of difference ( wine on arrival , bag of shortbread hanging on door, choice of water in room which was renewed daily) . A mix of themed rooms to relax was great as we were meeting friends so it was ideal. Enjoyed our stay will def return.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was a good size with everything we needed. They even made sure we had a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary with. Location was perfect for visiting Hampton Court Palace. On one of the nights I was unwell and only wanted chips and gravy to eat. It wasn’t something they really had on their room service menu but they made sure I got them anyway.

It was our anniversary and even though we didn't get an upgrade which is totally understandable, we got a nice welcome letter and a bottle of champagne, thank you so much, it really made our stay much happier by the welcoming! Additionally, the whole building and its decoration are very nice and comfy, the breakfast is also amazing!!

A great place to relax during weekend nearby London. Breakfast is super good! The staff are nice. I really appreciated the guy named Harshit who is very helpful.

We stayed here for our 10 year wedding anniversary and had a lovely relaxing time. Even though there was a large wedding party going on in the hotel, it did not disrupt our stay. The location is perfect and the view was stunning. We had breakfast the following morning and that was excellent too. Parking was great and the room was clean and comfortable.
