The room was great overall! It had a good size and was very clean. The bathroom was the best part however (spacious with big shower). The room had a private garden, but it was cold and rainy during our stay, so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it. There was an electric kettle, coffee/tea provided, hairdryer. The hotel has a great location and is around 40 min on foot/ 20 min with the bus from the old town. Many small shops and cafes in the areas as well. The cleaning lady was very kind.

Small, family run hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Public transport just around the corner with frequent service. Great views of Arthur's Seat in the breakfast room. Very satisfying, homemade breakfast with many choices.Kind hosts with knowledge about the area.

Lovely large room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast! Quiet building. Bus stop right out front, so easy to get to High Street and the Royal Mile.
