Fantastic central location on the main shopping street and a block away from Cardiff Castle. An abundance of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, shopping centers, etc. all within walking distance, Flixbus/Megabus stops to/from London also approx. 7-10 min. away on foot. Helpful and friendly staff - especially Maya, who provided a lot of great information upon checking in! Housekeeping also did a great job, my room was cleaned spotless. Room 508 was spacious with a fabulous attached bathroom, the bed was very comfortable, complimentary coffee and tea provided. The rooftop bar with a nice smoking patio with city views was also amazing. A great value option smack in the middle of everything, definitely recommended to all future visitors!

I arrived in Cardiff after a long and frustrating day of travelling. The proximity of WiseStay to the train station was a bonus and it was so easy to find ( only a five minute walk away). I arrived after the staff had left and so let myself in using the keycode and everything worked well. The room (13) was ideal for me as a single traveller but may have been cramped for 2 as the bed was the full width of the room meaning that the person on the window side would have had to crawl over the other person to get out. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room and there was also a coffee station in the hallway with a microwave. The room, bathroom and public spaces were all spotlessly clean. The towels were soft and large and the bed was very comfortable. The building was very quiet during the night with no noise audible from other guests and no street noise from passing traffic or people. Considering the price that I had paid the hotel exceeded my expectations and is certainly somewhere that I would stay again next time I am in Cardiff and would recommend to others. It is ideally placed for all that Cardiff has to offer and close to transport links to further afield.

Great location, close to Cardiff Central Station and within walking distance to various tourist hubs. The staff was very attentive. Perhaps many people use it for business because of its good location. The wifi in the hotel is fast and the desk is large so I could do my work without problems. It is also convenient that there is a USB and power plug right next to the bed.

Warm welcome. Staff were helpful with dinner recommendations and booking. Location was great with a lovely 10-15 minute walk to Cardiff Castle via the park. You can also pick up water tacos in the park to head down to the harbour. Great breakfast. Appreciated extended free parking on day of checkout so we could see the sights.

Poloha hotelu je v centru a všude blízko. Naprosto výjimečně je chování personálu. Například Ludmila z Běloruska. Vedoucí pokojské služby. My jsme polovinu věci zapomněli doma a ona nám všechno sehnala, možná i ze soukromých zdrojů. Takový servis není běžný ani u 5* hotelu.
