I loved everything about this property! From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed. The bed and room were comfortable, the shower was great, and the breakfast was delicious. There was even an honor food and beverage bar where I could slip down late at night and get a drink and snack, which was much appreciated.

Fantastic place, quiet and close to the centre of town. Wonderful breakfast (and coffee) and the host took care of us and made us feel so welcome. Will definitely stay again if I’m back in Bath.

The view from every room impeccable! staff where so helpful. Chef makes the best poached eggs which of course breakfast included. They stock you well. Garden in back, open kitchen for your use. Very romantic!

Cosy room in an incredible house, delicious breakfast, our host (Richard) was fantastic and also very knowledgeable about the house and city, and the house is very conveniently located -- easy to walk into town or take a short taxi or bus ride.
