Set in 3 acres of beautiful grounds, Cedars Inn features a conservatory restaurant and free parking. The inn is situated just outside Barnstable, a 20-minute drive from Exmoor National Park.

The elegant rooms at Cedars Inn are set in cosy lodges, just a few metres from the main building. Each room features a private bathroom, tea/coffee facilities and free Wi-Fi access.

The staff and manager took care of a situation with very noisy guests next to our room. They moved us to a quiet room so we could get some sleep. They checked in with us the next morning at breakfast as well. Very professional.

Such a quiet and peaceful place to stay. Has everything that you would need. Felt very safe and comfortable and had a really relaxing time whilst I was working in Barnstaple. The host was very helpful and when I had a small issue with an appliance he came to see me and sort it personally, just a lovely touch!

We had a lovely pre-Christmas stay at this elegant hotel overlooking the river in Barnstaple. Close to the shops, bars and restaurants of Barnstaple, the hotel's location is perfect. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, the hotel was warm and welcoming and spotlessly clean throughout. The staff were all cheerful, friendly and keen to help. The room was lovely (thanks for the upgrade!), and the dinner and breakfast were excellent with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. We can't wait to come back next year.

This was available to book at the last minute when I was stranded in Barnstaple due to icy conditions. It was excellent value for money and central. One of the staff on duty very kindly upgraded me to a lovely room after hearing my story of being unable to get home after a long shift at the hospital. The room was beautiful, the bed extremely comfortable and I slept very well. It's a lovely place to stay in the heart of Barnstaple. Thank you very much.

Quiet, away from the town, peaceful, clean, has everything you need for a quiet break away. Lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi also with an easy booking system. Great sized bedrooms with comfy beds, all kitchen facilities and dining area. Shops just a few minutes drive away. There really is nothing not to like about corffe cottages.
