The One Hotel Barcelona is the epitome of comfort. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The beds are the comfiest, and I can't wait to return! The rooftop bar serves great cocktails, drinks, and food, and the downstairs restaurant is great too. Nacho Peinado, Concierge at The One Barcelona, is exemplary - his suggestions and advice on where to dine were spot-on with every recommendation. Nacho, who served us in the rooftop bar and throughout the hotel, was also helpful and friendly, as were all staff throughout The One Hotel. Roger makes excellent cocktails. If you're unsure about anything - ask, and the staff will help. I'm impressed with the level of service received during our stay. Rooms have varying sizes, the in-room facilities are excellent, and as far as I know, only the eighth floor has balconies. It is worth the extra to have a larger room and the street views are lovely. the hotel is absolutly amazing! impressive lobby and breafast area, friendly staff and clean as a whistle. Loved the room with the terras with a view on the garden and the rooftop of La Pedrara. The breakfast buffet is elaborate and you just want to try it all!

Friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable bed, clean property. Front desk had recommendations for us on everything we wanted to do and see. They made it so easy to get around and learn about Barcelona. I was worried about the traffic and hearing the noise of it, but you couldn’t hear anything with the soundproof doors.

The room was spacious and very nice, location was just perfect, you can walk almost anywhere. The hot breakfast was really good, many options and all delicious! Was nice to see Joe Malone toiletries in the bathroom, nice touch :)

Staff was excellent, very kind and helpful. We had the private suite with our own bathroom and it was exceptional. Would highly recommend.
