Kings Langley
Attractive, comfortable rooms. The beds are the most comfortable we've slept in. The food is delicious (we had breakfast and dinner). Service is friendly and efficient. The hotel is in a beautiful historical building in a charming Hertfordshire village. There are lovely walks in the Hertfordshire countryside directly from the hotel. We stay in this hotel 3 or 4 times a year when visiting family and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in the area.
Breakfast was lovely and a fantastic range for the buffet from full English to continental. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect as within 11 minutes of Hertfordshire University where I was dropping my daughter off.
Location cant be complained... rather convenient to bus stops and shopping complexes.. for parents to Hertfordshire university students, this is the hotel to go with walking distance of about 30 minutes. Reception staffs are always available. Housekeeping staffs are friendly.
Great value for money, friendly staff and good location for epping/Harlow/Hertfordshire. They have an on-site bar which was handy as the hotel is otherwise quite secluded.

Beautiful setting. Staff excellent , got me out of a bit of a fix. My hotel of choice in Hertfordshire.
We absolutely loved the grounds and gardens the hotel had around the property! It was so beautiful and peaceful to spend a kid free parent get away. The golf course is so wonderful and really great prices.
The area is lovely, staff where pleasant enough had all that we needed.
The whole atmosphere of the Village hotel is modern and sleek, it felt really cosy and comfortable, the rooms are really well designed, huge smart TVs, bathtubs, comfortable beds (make sure you ask for a queen and not two single beds attached together!). The hospitality staff were extremely accomodating during all hours so I would definitely return to stay here again. I've been in worse 4* hotels!
Location was perfect for my work, only had one breakfast And was perfect All staff very helpful and friendly , Rooms spotless and warm .
The general atmosphere was relaxed, staff professional and eficent, room clean. The leisure facilities were excellent and well maintained. We enjoyed a relaxing two day break. Sorry it wasn't longer. Breakfast was very good 👍

room, was nice and comfortable and clean very quiet, place to stay,
Absolutely charming hotel with tons of atmosphere. Comfortable, quiet room.
Spa, golf, grounds and facilities
lovely property. great location. awesome facilities. treatments at the spa were good, relaxing but a bit expensive. upon arrival we were not happy with our room we were given, the hotel upgraded our room at no extra charge which was amazing. But otherwise the overall experience was fabulous. there’s even charging station’s for electric vehicles!
The "Log Cabin" we booked was lovely and so amazingly well designed with almost every amenity one could wish for, all so beautifully fitted into that tiny, but oh so cute and cosy space. The bed was brill and the room toasty at night. Amazing deck but sadly the short time we spent at Tewinbury precluded us using it more than for my morning cuppa. Breakfast was lovely but hurried, as we got going pretty late.
