It's the first thing you see when you arrive and that sets the tone for the rest of the hotel. The staff couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. Free tea and coffee was a great touch with brilliant quality products. Fully equipped general store in reception which is great incase you forgot something. Lovely big comfortable bed, the shower had great pressure and the whole hotel was spotless.
