Set in Dearham, 26 km from Buttermere, The Old Mill Inn offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Very clean and spacious, attractive room, huge comfortable bed with good quality bed linen, big TV, spacious bathroom, large shower cubicle and great towels, first meal in the restaurant was delicious (beef bourguignon), good local ale at a reasonable price, breakfast was mixed but full English was very good. Dark haired lady on duty on our first night was lovely, friendly and very professional (apologies for not having a name). Contact via the app was good and the code access worked well. We enjoyed our stay.

Located in Bowland Bridge, 10 km from World of Beatrix Potter, The Hare & Hounds Inn provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The breakfast was fabulous, the rooms were incredible comfortable and the nature around the hotel is wonderful. We have a small dog, and had a great walk in the morning before breakfast. Also the dinner was perfect after a long day of walking and exploring. You could warm yourself next to the woodfire, with a refreshing cider and a happy and tired dog at your feet. Highly recommended.

The guidebook in the room was very helpful and provided information about things to do in the Lake District area, by foot or car. I took a 45 minute walk around the nearby farm and enjoyed quiet, scenic views. The unit we stayed in consisted of a large living room, full kitchen, bedroom, and bath with shower and tub. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, both meals were scrumptious. There was a great vibe at dinner and it was clear that this is not just a spot for guests, but also popular with the locals. Parking was available just across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Situata a Little Langdale, nel cuore del Parco Nazionale del Distretto dei Laghi, la locanda a conduzione familiare Three Shires Inn, costruita nello stile tradizionale della Cumbria con tegole in... Perfect location. Small but lovely room with everything we needed, comfy bed, nice bathroom etc. Excellent breakfast and evening meals. Friendly service. We will come again.

Questo hotel sorge nel centro del villaggio di Bowness-on-Windermere, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dal World of Beatrix Potter Attraction. La connessione Wi-Fi è gratuita nelle aree comuni. The room is a bit cramped but the facilities were perfect and we had a great two days there. It was very close to the boat pier and easy to eat.
