Everyone was extremely nice. It was great to sit by the Thames drinking a traditional English IPA. The dinner menu looks great--I am going to be in London for a few hours again soon, and if I can possibly fit it in, I'm going down for dinner and to say hi. Although I put N/A for the breakfast, that's because I wasn't hungry enough to go down. The breakfast was definitely available.

Room itself was very cozy. Comfortable bed. Warm friendly staff. waterfront room given upon request which was great. Coffee machine and assorted tea, coffee and chocolate was really nice. I had egg benedict for breakfast which was very tasty. we had dinner at the restaurant the first night. it was simple but tasty but slightly overpriced I would say. High street with restaurants and shopping centre is only 10 to 15 min walk.

Lovely location and views from restaurant and room. Food was great for breakfast and dinner, went for an anniversary break. Menu for dinner was limited, but understandably was quality not quantity. Friendly staff on checking in, and checking on parking situation. Room was comfy and modern touches and nice coffee and tea in room.

We got the last room and it was at the front, but it was still a very charming room. Waiting for us was a bottle of bubbly since we'd mentioned it was our 30th wedding anniversary (we were also attending the PGA Golf as part of the celebration - readers, that's the sort of girl I married). The facilities tea/coffee (huge variety) in the room were exceptional. We had a nice dinner downstairs that evening but were blown away by the quality of the breakfast. Better than very high end, famous London hotels we've stayed at!

A delightful overnight stay. The staff were all particularly helpful. We booked for dinner which was well presented and generously portioned. I can thoroughly recommend the fish platter to share. Room 11 overlooks the river having 3 windows in a bay shape. (See picture). True to the name there were 20 plus swans bobbing about on the river.

When we arrived the staff, and particularly the maintenance man went out of their way to find a safe place to safely store our large tandem bicycle. Our room was comfortable and both it and the bathroom were clean and neat. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were delicious.
