Our room was well decorated, very comfortable and a lovely size. The stairs were quite tight, but we took that as part of the adventure! The staff in the pub were very friendly & entertaining. The meals were great!

We recently stayed at the Horse and Groom for five night and we can really say it has been fantastic! The owner and everybody who works there are so friendly and nice, really the best hosts you could wish for. Rooms are great and cozy and the pub with its wonderful fire place is worth your visit. We are definitely coming back!

Red Lion Inn really made an impression on me. It was so incredibly cozy--my room was a tiny attic room, and yet I had everything I needed, and enjoyed snuggling up there. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinners even more, the latter when it got nice and lively at night by the fire. This place is everything you want an English countryside inn to be.
