The Mayfield Apartments by Oceander, as featured on Channel 4's Four in a Bed, is an amalgamation of two successful short and long stay accommodation companies operating several properties in the Sunderland area. We are dedicated to providing top-notch self-catering accommodation with as low an environmental impact as possible, which is why we have chosen to support Surfers Against Sewage in their quest to protect our oceans and waterways. We are the founders of the Sunderland Plastic Free Community and are proud to lead the way in encouraging other local businesses to get on board and help one another on our mission

The property comprises 9 bookable, self contained, dog friendly units. Our guests love the beach front location and the easy self check-in system. There is always someone on hand to assist should you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable. We have adopted a new theme
