This place has it all, good location, friendly staff, waterfront as common area with comfy chairs, kitchen (on that same waterfront). We stayed in a private room with AC right in front of the water. If think they have dorms too for solo travelers. Was also an excellent value. We'd probably come back if back in Koh Lanta.

Staff is super nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok, thai option would be also nice instead of eggs. Cheap motorbike rentals, close to the beach, what else could you wish for? Also separate toilet/shower in the room, it was really good value for money.
