We had a great time in Watford. Before our arrival we were able to make arrangements to get into the house with ease and then we were welcomed and helped whenever we needed it. The accommodation was very clean, cleaned every day. It was also very practical and spacious. We also really appreciated the hearty meals at breakfast. Finally, we slept like babies, the accommodation was quiet and the bed very, very comfortable. The metro is an 8-minute walk away, and the other train station/ bus to the HP studios is 20 minutes walk away.

There was a slight hiccup at check-in but Jordan and his team leapt into action and solved the problem within minutes, very courteous and apologetic and really helpful.
