Everything was perfect, the bedroom and bathroom were absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The location was ideal, quiet and secluded, yet really close to lovely places to eat and Richmond tube station. Being able to park and get into Kew Gardens for free were the absolute icing on the cake. Maria the host was amazing, so friendly and helpful and very patient when I asked a million and one questions before arrival, we didn't want to leave!

Jennifer was an extraordinary hostess! Thanks to her, I was able to discover the best corners of Kew and the surrounding area. she was available, attentive, and I spent 5 very pleasant days with her. I'll definitely be back !

Excellent location - 15 min walk from Richmond station. Amazon fresh supermarket next to station Safe residential neighborhood - we walked home at arnd midnight post a concert. Fully equipped -stocked kitchen Warm, clean and comfortable We will definitely return to this great place 🙂

The location itself is quite nice; you feel safe, and there's a place to take a stroll (Richmond Park). The room is good, your own separate space, an excellent bed—I slept like on a cloud. Having a kitchen is a great plus; you can cook something on your own and save on food if you want to travel on a budget. Overall, it's a pretty good option for budget trips, especially if you're ready to travel a distance.

Safe, Clean, great amenities, quiet, daily room service, spacious living room and kitchen, huge privacy, great location and transport if needed, shops restaurants on door step
