Oh, and did I mention the free snacks? You get free snacks... Everything was amazing :)

We came for work around Fuji and we enjoyed staying at the property so much. Meeting new people from different countries and having such a comfortable place to stay after a long day. The owner of the house was extremely friendly, we will always remember him and his family. Super lovely

Hana and her husband were so friendly and accommodating and made us feel at home. Hana was a huge help and provided us with lots of information about the area and for onward transport options to Osaka. The room was a traditional Japanese style and so clean and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are also amazing and really clean and comfortable. The location is less than 5minutes walk to the bus and train station. Hana also gave us a very thoughtful gift before we left which was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated. Would recommend everyone to stay here when visiting Mt. Fuji.

We felt very welcomed and we wished we could've stayed longer

A restaurant is located a 3-minute walk away from the accommodation. What I liked about the property was how comfortable I was able to be and how warm and welcoming the staff were. This place is very special and dear to me because not only was the location great but the staff were so accommodating and this place had so much charm to it. The facilities were great as well super clean and sanitary beds were great and I felt very safe here. The best part was having coffee and chatting with the owners Keisuke and Marino. Great people with great stories, I could definitely talk to them for days straight if I wasn’t backpacking throughout Japan. Overall Yamanakako is a hidden gem and there is no better place to stay and experience it than Guesthouse Murabito.
