On Sunday I got a text from Condor stating Monday's boat was cancelled due to weather. At the time I was at the Premier Inn - and after enquiring and finding out they wanted another £100 for 1 night, I checked booking.com for availability elsewhere - and this popped up for £38 a night. I worked on the road in the UK and have stayed at A LOT of hotels and BnB's in my time - so was only really after a place to put my head down. Genuinely - probably the best £38 I've ever spent. Colin is an absolute delight and will happily ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The rooms are very clean, with TV's, a kettle, fridge and microwave. Proximity to a local Waitrose, pub and a great fish and shop is perfect AND breakfast was included! Two whole kippers, a jug of coffee, toast and marmalade! Honestly - there's a reason this place comes so highly reviewed. Will happily be stranded in Guernsey again if I get to stay here!

In St Saviour Guernsey bietet das Longfrie Inn ein Restaurant, kostenfreies WLAN und kostenfreie Parkplätze. Wir mussten wegen Ruhetages zweimal andere Restaurants aufsuchen, unter anderem das hochbeworbene "Pier 17". Das Resümee::die Küche des Longfrie Inn war rmindestens 2 Klassen besser. Sehr beliebt beiden Einheimischen. Thank you Antoni!!!

Die Unterkunft The Captains verfügt über eine Gemeinschaftslounge, eine Terrasse, ein Restaurant und eine Bar in St Martin Guernsey. sehr freundlicher Empfang. Geräumiges Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Es war toll einen Wasserkocher und alles für einen Kaffee oder Tee vorzufinden. Sehr empfehlenswert für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

Das The Queens Inn, das Ihnen Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und ein traditionelles Pub bietet, begrüßt Sie im Herzen des Dorfes St Martins. Great location, plenty of parking 100% clean and really great staff,, the food is fantastic! And well priced! Free WiFi that actually works! Rooms are really nice and really good size. Definitely amazing value for money! Front area of the pub is really nice with dining area and rear of pub is the public bar, which I must say the locals make you feel at home and are so helpful if it’s you first time on the island. (Great community spirit) Supermarket behind, chinnese and Indian food within 2mins walk, but you won’t need it! Just get the ribs in the restaurant and your be full!!

Das Marton Guest House befindet sich nur 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von St. Peter Port entfernt. Ein Terrassengarten mit Bäumen lädt zum Entspannen ein. The breakfast was excellent, the location was a little too far up the hill. We have been to Guernsey previously but had forgotten how steep that hill is. However it did not spoil our holiday. Thank you.
