Perfect location. Cinque Terra Train station from 10 min walk away, Levanto center and beach 10min walk away. Free parking place was really great, as otherwise it would have been challenging to park for longer periods of time. Room was big and it has nice own table in the balcony which is into sunset direction (even though the mountain blocks the final sunset view as it does in all the Lavento locations in this time of the year). You could adjust the toilet and room temperatures perfectly yourself. Barbara was perfect host and very helpful.

Excellent modern room in a good location next to the beach. Bed was very comfortable. Host was lovely and breakfast snacks were a nice touch.

The room was very tastefully designed with monochromatic furniture, curtains, bedding, cool tiles and a spectacular mural behind the bed. The air conditioning was a dream in the hot weather and the bathroom had a gorgeous spacious shower, all amenities were top class and very happy to find a lift rather than climb stairs after a long drive! It was brilliant being able to watch the Grand Prix and MotoGP on Sky Sports! We loved staying there and regretted having to leave, it was very close to the beach and the balcony was extensive and even had a place to hang clothes to dry! We were met and greeted by Stefania who was very helpful and chatty with perfect English! We would definitely love to go back and visit again!

Very clean spacious rooms. The grounds are beautiful with lots of plants and trees. The pool is an added bonus due to the heat of the season.

Very nice hostess and really homey place, beautiful garden, peaceful and quiet. Great location to start Cinque Terre tour, train station and Levanto center just 10 min drive. There is a coffee maker and some snacks, but you better get some supplies for the breakfast, as there is no grocery or café within walking distance. Grazie Mille Stefania! It’s a very pretty apartment with a lovely garden. Everything was very clean ! They provide breakfast and snacks the whole time. The owner took care of everything and thought of all the little details. Walking distance from the train , beach and all the restaurants and bars.
