Evelyn was a lovely host and made a delicious breakfast. The rooms offer everything you need, bed, coffee and tea making facilities in the room, ensuite bathroom, TV and they're pet friendly at an affordable price. The room and bathroom were very clean and serviced daily.

I like everything about this accommodation and I had a pleasant stay here in Windermere. The hosts were nice and knowledgeable (I appreciate all the travel tips given) and they had everything I needed. Love the daily service and the little fridge with cold water and milk! The cookies were also lovely!

Everything was perfect! The location was great for us, close to train station and just 20-30 min walk from Bowness (closer if you take the bus) and close to trails we wanted to do and to buses that take you to Grasmere/Ambleside etc. We spend 4 days hiking around and it was perfectly located. Breakfast was really complete and delicious with different options to choose. Room was spacious, clean and luminous with everything you could need. The staff was fantastic, the owners sent us detailed information on restaurants and trails around before the stay that was really useful and appreciated. I travelled with my sister and just to say that we will choose the same place to stay if we come back to the lakes.
