Great place, very much exceeded our expectations. Proprietor was super nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location wise, we were looking for something relatively close to Heathrow. It’s about 40 minutes by (cheap, easily accessible) bus from the airport.

Great location, close to Heathrow and to shops & restaurants. The house is very well maintained, super clean and well appointed. Our room was spotless, with a kettle for tea and coffee, great shower and heated towels. The cherry on the icing was the incredibly comfortable bed with a feather light, but super warm duvet! Heavenly. Robert was a wonderful host who gladly helped us plan our short window in London. Highly recommend!!

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The owner did everything to make my stay enjoyable e.g. arranging for a taxi to take me to a restaurant. The breakfast was very good and I thought the stay was wonderful value for money. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this guest house.

Hotel bellissimo, la nostra stanza era piccolina, ma nuova e ben pulita. Lo staff molto disponibile, simpatico e cordiale. La colazione all'inglese preparata al momento era buonissima, abbiamo pernottato tre notti e siamo stati benissimo. Direi che questo hotel è veramente bello e ben tenuto. Speriamo di tornarci presto.
