The owner is such a cute lady, and she helped me a lot as soon as I arrived in London. She gave every detail about the property. She replied to every message of mine asap. The room was clean, silent at any time, comfy, and a nice place for two people (I traveled alone). The room has its own bathroom inside. (That is also why I chose this room.) Transportation is very convenient. Ilford underground station (Elizabeth line) is 7 minutes away by foot. The shopping mall is near the underground station. Bus number 25 can be taken to go to the London center. The location of the property is the safest one, in my experience, for the one who got to London for the first time.

The staff were very kind to me and I really appreciate this as I am autistic and sometimes have a bit of a wobble - but they were extremely accommodating and I will definitely be staying there again. The room is lovely and spacious too with an excellent wet room and a very comfortable bed :)
