Molto curata nei dettagli. Ogni giorno la stanza veniva pulita e cambiati gli asciugamani e anche il kit di benvenuto (te, biscotti ecc) veniva rifornito. La stanza era piccola ma accogliente, pulita e nuova. Sono stata molto bene

B&B annesso al tipico Pub inglese: Sport,birra karaoke, ambiente sempre allegro ed affollato. Al contrario il b&B è molto tranquillo, pulito insonorizzato. Rinnovato da poco offre ciò che serve per una buona sosta di qualche giorno a Londra Facilities ok, camera e biancheria bagno ok , the e biscottini sempre a disposizione. Alla colazione una brava cuoca viene a prendere le ordinazioni per un breakfast continentale oppure personalizzato, persona carinissima ti fa cominciare bene la giornata, non c'è buffet ma non ne senti il bisogno. Hounslow east si presenta come il tipico quartiere Harlem degli anni ruggenti, affollato di negozietti tipici di un altro tempo e di ristorantini multietnici.

Everything!!!!! It was soooo clean it sparkled!!!! I’ve never, ever stayed in such a gleaming, shiny-clean place and l’ve travelled extensively in about forty countries. The location was great: close to bus stops and on the route for the free bus service to Heathrow. It was very close to the airport. The bed was soooo comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and really lovely. It was great having a fridge, microwave and being able to eat at the guesthouse instead of having to go to a restaurant (although there is a restaurant within walking distance and many others just a bus ride away). I will never stay anywhere else in London and will recommend this guesthouse to all of my friends.

This property has so much potential. It could be so cute and quaint with a touch of nostalgia and cool history. Unfortunately, it was not clean, there was no toilet paper or clean folded towels, there was black hair in the sink and a dirty sock left in the wardrobe. The pillows did not have pillow cases or a duvet cover on the duvet. The fitted sheet on one bed had stains all over it. It is a dark entry and it was hard to tell if we were in the right place or not. The host basically was not ready for us. We arrived at 11 pm and did send a note that we would be a late arrival, we woke up the sister in the main cottage and were left on the street to wait for his arrival. If we had an option of somewhere to go we would have left. The host did give us free bottled water and 2 pops. The location is optimal one stop from Heathrow.

On arrival, staff were immediately friendly and welcoming. All facilities were explained and I felt like I was a VIP. Service was exceptional.
