Its new and excellent. Also very close to the center so i can really recommend it!

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood at the city's outskirts; not too far, not too close from the center (but much preferable for those that have visited Heraclion again). I really appreciated this site, despite my initial feeling that I would be kind of isolated. On top of this the rooms are truly apartments! More than spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette & private balcony with city view. The breakfast is served at a cosy coffee shop next to the reception - it is not a buffet but it is really nice and filling. The whole building smells wonderfully and there is daily cleaning service. My biggest rate and thanks would go to the stuff ♥ they are so friendly and always willing to offer tips, ideas and any kind of assistance. Food also top notch, great value. We tried 5-6 dishes, all great. Beautiful view from nice window & balcony. Easy walk to shore and to round center.
