The staff members are the real gem of the hotel! They are all extremely kind and accommodating. They made our baby girl feel extra special. The pool and kids play room is the best thing ever especially for families like us with young babies. The bar/restaurant staff are very attentive to detail. I can’t praise the staff enough.
The rooks was very spacious and the low bed in the family room was perfect for a toddler (not that he slept in it!). Staff were very accommodating and assisted with requests to help us with 2 very small children.
Highly recommend this hotel enough ! Great sized clean & comfortable bedrooms. Great facilities! I Booked 2 nights stay for a family get together for a surprise birthday on Sunday . Hotel & staff could not accommodate us more, they were extremely friendly, child friendly staff , putting those words on a level close to Mary Poppins :) Both breakfast and main meals menus superb. The whole event was perfect, thank you all ! X
It worked really well for our family, 1 child, 1 baby & 4 adults. Plenty of room to have your own space. Lots of kitchen utensils, cups and plates…better than most we’ve been too.
Room. Nice view in ours. Cosy. It was a family room so have recommended to friends with small children
Very cosy family friendly cottage, very well equipped to suit the most demanding of families. Beds very comfortable, lovely luxurious towels, the welcome pack was an added bonus.
Beautiful building full of character, the staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome, clean spacious room, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast and all in all a lovely atmosphere. We live in The Netherlands and were traveling with 2 children (aged 1 and 4). The staff really looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. A baby cot and comfy camp bed were provided for the kids, there were plenty of high chairs and the staff were thoughtful enough to even put some extra bottled water in the room for us.
Well located with beautiful views. Staff friendly and helpful. Large, very well priced, family room for couple with two small children (a king+ double bed plus two pull out full size trundle beds for children). Plenty of free parking. Alpaca and small animal farm around the corner for children. Nice Ales and Ciders on tap. Family menus.
So good in all ways- the family room was very comfortable for the 4 of us, and the hosts were very accommodating of our 2 young children (age 6 and 1). Breakfast was lovely, and again, really good for us as a family with a high chair and plastic plates/ cutlery all set out for our toddler. The property was lovely throughout and hosts excellent- would definitely recommend!
