My partner and I loved the room. The big windows, the view from the windows, the king bed, the cosy bathroom, the delicious breakfast, the friendly owners... Wow! What a great place to stay! My partner and I booked this for a weekend to attend our friends' wedding. We enjoyed the place so much. We loved waking up to a delicious Full English for breakfast with fresh coffee and juice. There's a little park outside the property, and the main attractions of Douglas are just a 10-min walk. The staff were so lovely... we had a great time! Highly recommend it! Also, they had these mints at the entrance.. uff I became obsessed!

Well equipped kitchen. Spacious bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Nice linens, thick towels. Great location with many restarants nearby. Multiple electrical outlets in every room. Tesco 5 minute walk. Excellent wifi.

The Devonian se nachází na ostrově Man, 2 minuty chůze od pláže, a nabízí výhled na Glen Falcon a do upravených zahrad. Outstanding hospitality, very tasty breakfast, very convenient location, comfortable bed.

Pětihvězdičkový Englewood Lodge s výhledem na záliv Douglas nabízí individuálně zařízené pokoje s luxusní koupelnou a výhledem na moře. K dispozici je také bezplatné Wi-Fi a neplacené parkoviště. It’s homely, cosey, comfortable. The facilities are to a fabulous srandard. We’ve stayed in the queen room and it’s just gorgeous. Stayed 3 times now and can’t wait to go back. Breakfast is 5 star. Nothing is to much trouble for Margaret and always welcomes you with a smile. Love love love it

The Cottage, Bridge House se může pochlubit výhledem na hory a nabízí ubytování s patiem a varnou konvicí. Laxey Wheel se nachází přibližně 1 km odtud. Just returned from a lovely 4 night stay at The Cottage. This is a beautifully presented quirky one bedroom cottage, perfect for the two of us. Upon arrival The Cottage was immaculate & is very well supplied with everything you need for a self catering holiday. There is instant hot water even when heating isn't on, shower has great water pressure too. There is a small private patio area off the kitchen which we didn't use during our stay but in height of summer will be a lovely place to sit. The cottage is alongside the electric railway embankment & viaduct; we believe the cottage was there long before the railway (very slight noise as the train passes, but not intrusive at all). Approx a 10 mins walk to Laxey Beach which when we were there the sun was shining & the bay was a busy & happy place. We used (for the first time) public transport into Douglas, buses were every half hour up until 10pm, then hourly (good app available to check times etc). Short walk up some slightly steep hills onto the main road where there's local shops, pubs the electric railway & where you pick up public transport. Highly recommend & would definitely look at staying here again next time we're on the island.

The accommodation was exactly as described, bigger than I'd imagined and in a beautiful setting. It was wonderfully clean and high quality with everything we could have needed including the small important things we always forget in self-catering - washing up liquid, tea towels, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets etc. Asma and Lisa could not have been more helpful or accommodating. A perfect stay, thank you so much.
