As soon as we walked in, it was a wow factor. We were taken to the 50th Floor for priority check in as we upgraded to enjoy the EQ Club and were given exceptional service. We were played out by OPUS RESIDENCE who cancelled our booking upon check in! Lousy Opus managing team claimed that they SMS to me half an hour before my check in time and no responds from me... who the hell keep looking at smartphone to wait for him to cancel the booking? ) anyway if tourist go to KL select 5 stars & Luxury apartment and AVOID the lousy optus!
