Very hard to find anything to fault in my stay at this hotel. Every expectation was met. My room was delightful, service was attentive and the location is outstanding. I wanted a small 5-star hotel in a central location, and this is exactly what I got. The room was well appointed, clean, beautiful and nicely, simply decorated. Room was also quiet, which is hard to achieve in many hotels in Palermo. Service was attentive at every turn. Every request was met with a smile. The daily in-room breakfast was wonderful, perfect start to the day. Excellent stay. I will return to this hotel!

Perfect location. Very nice people. Cute balcony, surprisingly good sound isolation! We were right above a restaurant and it did not disturb us at all. Generous 1,5L of water in a fridge was a pleasant surprise, no need to run to buy it. Teapot, there was quite a selection of tea bags and instant coffee. Breakfast in a bar across the street was very good, you can choose 3 things (we had a cappuccino and 2 pastries of our choice each).
