Excellent location, 5 minutes on foot to the city center. Some reviews said that the building entrance is creepy but not at all. Its just that the entrance is located right near the construction but it is not a big deal. And you cannot hear construction noises through the closed window. The room is very modern, has air conditioning and a big TV to watch HBO or Netflix. Also there were 2 bottles of water in the fridge and 2 croissants in the room. Loved my stay!

There is a parking spot in front (for extra cost), which was very convinient for us. The building has elevator and the apartment is new and modern. Bed in the sleeping room was very comfortable, but the couch in the living room is not so great to sleep on. We got extra baby crib free of charge. Appartment is very well equipped and was spacious enoug for our family of 4.

We thought the apartment was really homely and the area surrounded the apartment was very quiet yet vibrant with few steps away from the apartment you would find plenty of restaurants and bars (it was great as we are a family of three with older children). The apartment has plenty of room for bigger family too. We also thought that the objetd’art scattered around the apartment were funky too.

What I loved about it was its coziness and a bunch of books that - since I'm a bookworm - made me feel really at home. The place is big enough for a family with two children, the kids loved it, and also the kitchen was well equipped. You can park in front of the building, the only problem is that it is a bit difficult to find space in the afternoon, but if you are willing to wait a bit it's not such a big thing. We are family with two small children who stayed for an overnight. We were welcomed with bottle of wine, sweets, toys for the kids as well as with baby food (in a jar, the ones we usually buy in the store). The whole apartment was spotless clean and smelled beautifully. I highly recommend this place to people with little kids.
