Loved the location of Orange Tree. So easy to find and in a great area of the city. Check-in and pub staff were friendly, and the housekeeping staff was efficient and did a great job every day. The boutique style hotel was beautiful and having the pub/restaurant onsite was convenient. Will definitely be back next time I’m in London.

Great family facilities, especially with the kids under 10: superb outdoor playground, indoor soft play, pool. Spacious and cosy family rooms. The coffee machine and capsules in the room were much appreciated too.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, there are picturesque views from the moment you walk across the road. Reception staff were friendly and attentive! The spa facilities were lovely, we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The swimming has family friendly hours which was good to know as we were able to avoid using the pool when all the children were there.

We always like the Lensbury for its setting, tennis facilities and pool. It's super children and family friendly with the on-site restaurant always a better option than surrounding restaurants. It's one of the better hotel restaurants - we think. The family rooms are large and clean, we tend to use the pool facilities anyway, so not sure how the showers in the room are , but they are clean. Staff are super friendly and super nice. Nothing to complain really, always a pleasure to go!
