The family who run these lodges do a beautiful job and add a personal touch just by being present, friendly and unobtrusive. Great place for dogs too, with a gorgeous forest walk right on your doorstep. Would be an ideal place to bring children to as well.

Due to the fact that we are travelling with kids, we required the sleeping couch. She especially came back to her guesthouse from outside Oban to make the bed for the kids. And she even offered some additional free biscuits for the kids . The room itself was perfect for a small family. Very clean comfortable and modern. I would definitely recommend it.

Bedrooms are big, and beds are really comfortable, bonus ensuite in master, big bathroom upstairs and WC downstairs, everything you need is there, big dining table for family meals and a garden that the kids could get out to play in while we were in the property. Parking in the drive way was also a big bonus. Host was so helpful and on hand when I needed to get InTouch about anything and to extend our stay. The room had two large beds so plenty of space. We travelled in winter so the main building of the hotel was closed, as was the restaurant and anything else they usually offer. The general ambience was very family friendly and our grandchildren stepped out of the door and straight into the playpark. It was a very carefree and relaxing break.
