The award-winning COVE Paradise Street are located in the heart of the Liverpool ONE development which offers a variety of shops and restaurants. The 4-star apartments have modern interiors and Wi-Fi access.

We booked a 1-bedroom apartment for 2 nights stay. Due to very strong wind, it was blowing through our bedroom window and the noise was horrific, therefore we could not sleep. We contacted reception in the middle of the night if there is possible to change apartments. Fortunately there was only 1 available apartment and was located on 10th floor, so we agreed and moved into another apartment early in the morning. It was the most pleasant surprise to find out it was 2 bedroom apartment and very spacious and even nicer than the first one! An unexpected upgrade. Second day and night was really amazing, nice views, all windows were well sealed so we slept without any problems. We really enjoyed our stay and the helpfulness of the staff! Location is also as city center as it can be, very convenient and would definitely visit again! Thank you! PS! I really enjoyed the toiletries, wonderful products with very nice smell!

The apartment was lovely, modern and clean. It had everything we needed as a family with a baby for the week, they provided us with a travel cot and high chair aswell. It was in a great location, close to all the shops, restaurants and not far from the docks. The parking next to the building was really good too, it was secure and only cost £31 for 6 nights!

We loved the location. It suited us perfect. We went over as a group of 3 different family's and it was perfect and so easy to find. The children had plenty of room to run around and play. Everything is right beside you, if your there for nightlife or family fun this place is perfect.

Lovely apartment in a very central location and only 20 minute walk from the railway station Although central the apartment was quiet and ideal for a family but bear in mind steps down to living area are steep if you have small children.

Convenient location, next to car park, but car park doesn’t have any Electric charging points!!! Nightmare for us as we had 2 university drop-offs so needed a good charge to get home! Family in room opposite had young children who were really loud, screaming, crying, needed Nanny McPhee…to create some magic💪🏼🙏🏻👏🏻!

The location was excellent. The interconnected rooms were a bonus and meant having the children close by was easy. The building is classy and the layout also great. The rooms are spacious and the little kitchen area was incredibly useful with a baby in tow. The whole hotel was baby and child friendly which made a potentially stressful stay a total pleasure.

Great location, close to town. The property was ideal for a family vacation. Fully furnished kitchen, bed, mattresses, beddings and sanitary items were provided. Heating, broadband, TV including Netflix were available and in good working condition. There was this feeling of being home away from home. The kids loved the property and it was great value for money. Great communication and easy to check in and out. I will definitely recommend

Our bedsit was not what was advertised on booking.com it was totally different. There were holes in the walls in various places and needed a lot of DIY work. You could barely get around the bedroom it was so small and tight. It was like a hostel for Asylum seekers. The rooms were so close on the landing you could hear everything in the next room. The family living next door had small children and you could hear everything from them running around to crying. It wasn't peaceful at all.

We visited as a family and the hotel met our every need. We were celebrating our childrens' birthdays and they were delighted to find birthday cards and cupcakes waiting for us in the room, courtesy of the hotel. A lovely touch. The swimming pool was a deciding factor for us looking for a great central and family friendly hotel. This was our second stay and we will keep coming back!

The managers were very efficient and willing to help with all enquiries. The hotel is very family friendly and staff were amazing with our two year old toddler and her needs. The room/hotel was super clean and location is perfect for our visit to Anfield stadium- less than a 5 minute walk from there and also only a 15 minute drive from the dockyards and city centre.
